Sravanthi Rallabandi
Founder & Managing DirectorMs. Sravanthi Rallabandi is an Urban Planner and Sustainability Professional with over 15 years of experience leading climate-positive initiatives across urban systems, infrastructure, and industry. Her expertise lies in bridging sustainable urban development and corporate climate action, ensuring that cities and organizations alike are prepared for a low-carbon, resilient future.
She has contributed to a diverse portfolio of projects involving town planning, infrastructure design, sustainability reporting, performance improvement plans, circular economy models, and climate adaptation strategies. In recent years, she has been closely engaged in industrial decarbonization, supporting organizations in reducing Scope 3 emissions through supply chain engagement, ESG integration, and net-zero strategy implementation.
With a strong foundation in urban planning, regulatory frameworks, and sustainability practices, she brings a systems-thinking approach to embed climate action within both city planning processes and organizational operations. Her work consistently delivers measurable, resilient, and future-ready outcomes at the intersection of policy, planning, and practice.

ChairmanMr. Venkatram Rallabandi has over 30 years of experience in Oil and Gas Industry, with an illustrious career in the state-owned Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) and Reliance Oil & Gas. He holds a postgraduate degree in Nuclear Physics
from Andhra University.He was also involved in research in Nuclear Physics at IIT, Mumbai, immediately following the post-graduation.With a wealth of experience and a dedicated interest in environment sector, our Chairman, Mr. Venkatram gives Imbyzmo Consulting the edge in project management and governance. He also shows keen interest to contribute in the areas of renewable energy, sustainability and climate change; the developments of which he closely follows.

Makarand Salunke
UrbanistMakarand's interest lies in understanding the (smart and futuristic) city systems and the relation between governance and planning. He believes in strengthening the knowledge and practices by learning from international networks. His professional experience involves working with various disciplines on themes of Transit Oriented Development, Urban Planning, Integrating hard and soft mobility, Process management for large scale infrastructure projects.
The projects he has worked on have shaped him, to deal with communicating with stakeholders, detailing out designs using system engineering and has deepened his curiosity in the ongoing discourse in, "Infrastructure Design and City Development”.

WASH ExpertMs. Dhanshree Zende is a sustainable Urban Development professional with diversified experience in research & analysis, policy advocacy, project management, monitoring & evaluation and dissemination of knowledge output. She brings nearly 8 years of comprehensive knowledge in both, urban & rural water and sanitation sector, right from conceptualization, pre-feasibility studies for utilities, benchmarking reforms, policy formulation, process improvements, capacity building measures, etc.
She has played a key role in crystallising the issues and challenges facing the urban water and sanitation sector in India’s most progressive State – Maharashtra through the Prime Minister's flagship program, Swachhta Bharat Abhiyan. She has extensively worked with Urban Local Bodies in developing and implementing open defecation free, city sanitation and fecal sludge & septage management plans, etc.
On top of her career experience, she possess a degree in Climate Change & Sustainable development from Centre for Environmental Planning & Technology.

GIS Expert | Cartographer | Creative DesignerMr. Rajesh Acharya is a GIS (Geographic Information System) expert, with over 10 years of experience. Apart from this, he is also a creative designer with 14 years of experience and a cartographer.
As a GIS expert and cartographer, he has worked with several government clients, as well as private clients on City Development Plans, Surveys, Cartography Mapping, etc. As a creative designer, he has worked on multiple projects that span the width of the globe. He has been lauded for his exquisite yet thoughtful designs by both domestic and international clients.
