Imbyzmo Consulting has been engaged to prepare the Detailed Master Plan (DMP) for Phase 2 of the Southside Logistics Park, located adjacent to Abu Dhabi International Airport. The scope includes comprehensive land use optimization, strategic consolidation of plots, and integration of logistics and aviation-support functions. The work also involves road network realignment, updated GFA calculations, and preparation of key planning outputs including land use maps, utility planning, and phasing strategies.
A significant component of the assignment is the design and planning of the public realm, including pedestrian connectivity, open spaces, and community facility integration, ensuring functional and user-friendly environments. The final DMP report will reflect all regulatory, operational, and urban design considerations to support a scalable and future-ready logistics hub.
