Ms. Sravanthi Rallabandi is an Urban Planner, Sustainability Professional, and a Solid Waste Management Expert with 13 years of diverse experience across Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), Integrated Reporting, GHG accounting, Net Zero Road mapping, performance improvement plans and built environment. She has both consulting and research experience in Climate Change Adaptation and Solid Waste Management.
In the past, she has actively led the teams and worked with executing agencies in implementation of various national missions for urban development such as Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT), Swachha Bharat Mission (SBM), National Urban Sanitation Policy (NUSP), Rajeev Awas Yojana (RAY) and National Policy on Urban Street Vendors (NPUSV).
The projects she has worked on has deepened her curiosity in data-driven and evidence-based policy making. She majorly works on empirical studies involving interaction with local governments, field surveys and community engagement, socio-economic assessments. Her key competencies lie in land use analysis, population projections, socio - economic analysis, thematic analysis, stakeholder consultations, planning and policies and effective use of GIS.

Mr. Venkatram Rallabandi has over 30 years of experience in Oil and Gas Industry, with an illustrious career in the state-owned Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) and Reliance Oil & Gas. He holds a postgraduate degree in Nuclear Physics from Andhra University.
He was also involved in research in Nuclear Physics at IIT, Mumbai, immediately following the post-graduation. With a wealth of experience and a dedicated interest in environment sector, our Chairman, Mr. Venkatram gives Imbyzmo Consulting the edge in project management and governance. He also shows keen interest to contribute in the areas of renewable energy, sustainability and climate change; the developments of which he closely follows.
