ICPL is engaged as Sub-consultant with CRISIL in conducting the following activities:
• Survey and Site Assessment: Detailed Site Analysis and survey of all 3 existing sites, vetting available documents, Policy Documents, Project Cost (including demolition and construction Cost).
• Conceptual Built-Up Area Formulation: conceptual Built-up area statement and Building model for draft Financial Feasibility Model.
• Conceptual Architectural Design and Cost Estimates: layout plans with infrastructure layout, Construction and Redevelopment Costs,
• Execution Plan: preparation of execution plan in terms of Construction phasing and timelines with consideration for transit accommodation.
