Concept Master Plan and Infrastructure Design for Jeddah 03 Industrial City – Phase 02

Imbyzmo is engaged with Dorsch to provide urban planning expertise in the development of concept master plan and infrastructure design for phase 02 development of Jeddah 03 industrial city located in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The scope of work includes:

1. Developing the site studies to support the understanding and evolution of master plan including regional, local and adjacent conditions.
2. Developing three concept options along with the land use brief in coordination with the project team.
3. Assisting the client in the selection of preferred option.
4. Support the team in developing the infrastructure design for the selected option.
5. Developing the pre-concept and concept stage project reports
6. Preparing the presentation material as per the project progress and the client needs.
